This 7 bedroom house has been fully furnished and rooms will be let individually. Each room has a double or queen sized bed, built in robes and 3 of the rooms their own private ensuite. Each room is fully furnished with a bed and mattress, desk with chair and a wall mounted TV. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a large kitchen and living room area. Space is not an issue with a large separate lounge and an upstairs living area. The common areas will be cleaned weekly. Utilities and NBN wifi internet will be included in the weekly rent. Pricing for individual rooms Bedroom with ensuite from $215 per week Bedroom with shared bathroom (shared with one other room) $170 per week Shorter term leases can be negotiated at slightly higher rent.
