Room 1 for $190 per week is located on the first level (entry level) as seen in the first photo (actual room) Room 6 & 9 for $180 are located downstairs All rooms are single occupancy only and and include all utilties & free Wi-Fi This property is in close vicinity to the UON (Callaghan Campus), approximately a 12 minute walk or a 3 minute drive, we also have Stockland Jesmond shopping mall which is less than 1.4 kilometres or a 14 minute walk. This two level, share student accommodation features two common living areas with Foxtel (upstairs only), air conditioning on the first level, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with lockable storage compartments for each room. A shared laundry is also provided with two front loader washing machines. Clothes lines are located in the rear yard. Stylish bathrooms and separate toilets are provided on both levels.
