DUCTED HEATING, SPLIT SYSTEM COOLING & MUCH MORE!
I may not have an up to date kitchen or bathroom, but I have recently been repainted, had my floorboards polished and I can now boast a large (7kw) split system in the lounge. The airconditioner contractor says this large unit is more than sufficient for my size. In addition I have 2 bedrooms (both with BIR's), my bathroom has a separate shower and bath plus a new vanity unit. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. I also provide GAS DUCTED HEATING, near new gas upright stove and gas hot water service and recently installed Plantation Shutters and new Holland blinds. I have a single garage and room for a second off street car park through the double gates to my good size rear garden. I am at the rear of the well maintained block and completely freestanding. STRICTLY NO PETS
